The answer comes from experience.
While operating Mercury Bay Hi-Ab Services, one observation kept standing out to me. Our truck decks spent much of their time sitting idle while the crane did the real work. That simple observation led me to rethink the traditional operating model and ultimately became the foundation for Spidi Lift Solutions.
